Job Description

• Manage IT Infrastructure: Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure including networks, servers, and systems.
• Provide Technical Support: Offer assistance and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues to users within the organization.
• Implement IT Policies: Enforce IT policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and best practices.
• Backup and Disaster Recovery: Implement and manage backup solutions to ensure data integrity and develop disaster recovery plans to minimize downtime in case of system failures.
• Vendor Management: Liaise with IT vendors and service providers to procure necessary equipment, software licenses, and support services.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments in IT technology and trends, evaluating and recommending new solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Ensure Data Security: Implement and maintain security measures to protect the organization's data and systems from cyber threats.
• Software and Hardware Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance tasks, updates, and upgrades for software applications and hardware devices.
• User Training: Conduct training sessions for staff on IT tools, software applications, and security best practices.
• Monitor System Performance: Monitor the performance of IT systems and networks, identifying and resolving performance issues as they arise.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate documentation of IT systems, configurations, and procedures for reference and auditing purposes.
• Project Management: Coordinate and manage IT projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints.
• Budget Management: Assist in the preparation and management of IT budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and cost-effective solutions.
• Risk Assessment: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and implement measures to mitigate risks to the organization's IT infrastructure.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide appropriate solutions and support.
