Job Position: Graduate Trainee

Job Location: Lekki, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Position Summary

• As a Graduate Trainee in Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, you will participate in a structured training program aimed at developing your technical expertise and practical skills in power systems, equipment maintenance, and operational support.
• You will work under the guidance of experienced engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the installation, commissioning, and maintenance of mechanical and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• A minimum of Second Class Lower division (B.Sc) or Lower Credit (HND) in Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering
• Fresh graduates and candidates with less than 2 years of experlence
• Strong academic record and technical aptitude
• Demonstrated interest in power and telecom infrastructure
• Good problem-solving and analytical skills
• Willingness to learn and commit to the Graduate Trainee Programme

Skills:

• Fundamental knowledge of mechanical systems, thermodynamics, and fluid mechanics
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and methods
• Basic understanding of electrical circuits, power distribution, and control systems
• Familiarity with engineering software tools (e.g., AutoCAD, serviceNOW)
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
