Job  Description

• We are looking for an enthusiastic Medical Sales Trainee to join our sales and marketing team.
• This entry-level role is designed for fresh graduates who are eager to build a career in pharmaceutical and healthcare sales.
• The successful candidate will undergo structured training to develop product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer relationship management skills, while supporting the team in achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Learn and understand company products, therapeutic areas, and market dynamics.
• Assist senior sales representatives in promoting medical products to healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other stakeholders.
• Support in organizing product presentations, workshops, and promotional events.
• Collect and analyze market feedback to improve sales strategies.
• Prepare sales reports and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Excel.

Requirements

• BSc Degree or HND in any science related course
• 0-2 years of job experience
• Must have completed NYSC
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
