Job Position: Assistant Customer Service Representative

Job Location: Oshodi-Isolo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Assist and managecustomers accounts.
• Deal withhigh volume of inbound and outbound phone calls.
• Maintain relationships with courier services and customers.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers and couriers.
• Solve customer and courier problems and help resolve issues.
• Provide shipment quotes for customers and set up shipments as required by customers.
• Excellent multitasking skills within their workspace as well as computer software programs.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess OND, HND or BSc Degree from a recognize institution.
• 2 - 3 years of working experience as a customer service representative or related field.
• Candidate must have good communication skills.

Salary
N100,000 - N135,000 monthly.
