Job Description

• Responsible for overseeing the sales department, developing and implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales leadership, excellent communication skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales plans to achieve company annual revenue, profit targets and business objectives.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure high performance and professional development.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, customer needs to identify opportunities for growth and improvement and establish company’s market shares in all products and industry.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Prepare and present regular sales reports to the executive team, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in the Sciences, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or other advanced degree is a plus.
• Extensive experience with a minimum of 15 -20 years of experience in sales, with at least -5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
• Previous experience in the FMCG, Oil and Gas, Manufacturing or Engineering Services industry will be a plus.
• Must be detail-oriented and possess good prioritization skills to ensure relevancy, accuracy, and quality of output.
