1.) Managing Director
Job Location: Okitipupa, Ondo

Job Summary
- Our client is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Managing Director - MD to lead and drive business growth, enhance profitability, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- The MD will be responsible for strategic leadership, revenue growth, financial management, and operational efficiency while fostering strong relationships with regulators, investors, and key stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Business Growth:
- Develop and execute business strategies to increase income and market share.
- Lead expansion initiatives, including new products, digital banking solutions, and Fin-techintegration.
- Identify strategic partnerships and investment opportunities.
- Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and risk management.
Revenue Growth & Profitability:
- Drive customer acquisition, lending, and deposit mobilization strategies.
- Optimize loan portfolio management and risk assessment to ensure profitability.
- Expand revenue streams through innovative financial products.
Regulatory & Compliance Oversight:
- Ensure full compliance with CBN, NIBSS, NDICand all other regulatory requirements.
- Implement risk management frameworks and internal control measures.
- Maintain strong relationships with regulators and industry stakeholders.
Operational Excellence & Technology Advancement:
- Improve efficiency in banking operations and service delivery.
- Drive digital transformation by integrating FinTech solutions.
- Lead the adoption of innovative banking technologies to enhance customer experience.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Banking, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant Master’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years experience in the banking/financial sector, with at least 5 years in executive leadership.
- Strong knowledge of Micro-financebankingand regulatory compliance.
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and improving financial performance.
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning skills.
- Strong relationships within the banking industry, regulatory bodies, and investment sector.
- MCIB certification is non-negotiable.

2.) Head of Operations
Job Location: Okitipupa, Ondo
Employment Type: Full-time
Job Summary
- The Head of Operations is responsible for cash management, loan processing and disbursement, customer service, risk management, and compliance with regulations.
- The role holder will oversee the work of the operations team and develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the bank.
Specific Responsibilities
- Assist with internal, external, and regulatory audits and examinations
- Oversee the overall operations of the Micro-financebank, including cash management, loan processing and disbursement, customer service, risk management, and compliance with regulations.
- Responsible for effectiveness and efficiency of the branches, team development, team morale, and implementation of micro-finance code of conduct at the various levels of operations.
- Develop strategies to minimize customer complaints and suggest ways of managing the public image of the Company.
- Liaise with the Finance Team to ensure timely preparations of annual budget, quarterly budget review, forecasts, and business plans.
- Provide advice on all operation issues.
- Appraise the operational system in place and monitor the implementation of the Company’s operation manuals, making appropriate recommendations regarding the need for change.
- Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to meet the objectives of the Company.
- Other duties as assigned by the Managing Director.
Technical Knowledge / Minimum Requirements
- A minimum of First Degree or its equivalent in any Business-related discipline.
- Evidence that the candidate possesses proven skills and competencies in practical Microfinance banking
- has undergone the Microfinance Certification Programme and obtained a Certificate in Microfinance Banking issued by the Chartered Institute of Bankers of Nigeria (CIBN).
- A minimum of 7 years post-graduation experience out of which, at least, 4 must have been in the financial services industry.
- Possess experience in innovative payment mechanisms and understand Fin-tech laws and regulations in Nigeria
- Excel in working relationships with the banks and regulators
- Possess high level of trust to drive best practices with minimal supervision
- Have outstanding project management and leadership skills
- Have a strong business acumen and problem-solving ability
- Possess excellent analytical skills, in-depth understanding of business models.
- Good understanding of CBN / NIDC and other regulatory landscape.

3.) Head of Credit

Role Overview
- We are looking for an experienced Head of Creditto join our dynamic team.
- The role holder will oversee the credit function, manage credit staff, set credit limit, monitor credit portfolio, ensure timely collections of payments, monitor account receivables, developsand implement credit policies.
Role Responsibilities
Credit Strategy and Policy Development:
- Develop, implement, and review credit policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and organizational objectives.
- Establish clear lending criteria and risk management practices to maintain portfolio quality.
Loan Portfolio Management:
- Oversee the performance of the loan portfolio, ensuring timely disbursement, monitoring, and collection of loans.
- Analyze portfolio trends to identify risks and opportunities for growth.
Credit Risk Assessment:
- Evaluate and approve credit applications, ensuring a balance between risk and return.
- Conduct credit risk assessments, including customer due diligence and financial analysis.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Manage, train, and mentor the credit team to ensure high performance and adherence to credit policies.
- Foster a collaborative environment focused on achieving the bank’s credit and risk management objectives.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all credit activities comply with regulatory standards, internal policies, and external audit requirements.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory authorities and management as required.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with other departments, including operations, marketing, and finance, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Engage with clients and business partners to build relationships and expand credit opportunities.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor loan repayment performance, ensuring timely identification and resolution of delinquencies.
- Provide detailed reports and recommendations to senior management on credit portfolio performance.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in related fields.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience
- MCIB and other relevant certification(s) is an added advantage
- Experience working in a financial institution and understanding of CBN stipulated ratio, standards, reporting and other relevant guideline is a must have
- Previous and proven usage of Microsoft office, accounting and core banking solutions is essential for the role holder
- Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills is required
- Candidate must possess the ability to work independently and part of a team, should be a self-starter
- Strong knowledge of credit risk assessment, financial analysis, and lending principles.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and loan management systems.
- Familiarity with Microfinance regulations and compliance requirements.
