Job Summary


  • Our client requires an experienced Executive Assistant (EA) to provide high-level administrative, strategic, and operational support to the Chief Executive Officer.
  • The ideal candidate will have exceptional organisational capacity, discretion, and judgement to manage the executive office professionally and in alignment with business priorities.
  • S/he will be personable and results-driven, with strong time- and self-management skills, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a high sense of confidentiality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, meetings, travel, and logistics to ensure optimal use of executive time
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the CEO, senior leadership, board members, and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare and manage executive materials, including agendas, presentations, reports, board papers, and correspondence.
  • Attend meetings, take accurate minutes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables and strategic initiatives.
  • Coordinate executive projects, leadership meetings, retreats, high-level events, and day-to-day administrative operations.
  • Handle executive communications, confidential records, expenses, reimbursements, and governance compliance with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
  • 4–6 years of proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar senior administrative role supporting C-suite or board-level executives.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience drafting executive-level documents and correspondence.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality, with strong attention to detail and sound problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, with flexibility to handle domestic and international travel coordination.

Salary
N400,000 - N600,000 / month.
