1.) Sales Manager / Team Lead

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time (On-site)

Job Summary

• ArabSpaceNG is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team, drive property sales, and support the company’s growth strategy.

Responsibilities

• ??Lead and supervise the sales team
• ??Assign leads and manage sales targets
• ?Train and onboard new sales staff and freelance agents
• ??Track performance and prepare sales reports
• ??Improve deal closure and conversion rates.

Requirements

• ?Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• ?Minimum of 3 years of sales experience (real estate preferred)
• ?At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team
• ?Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• ?Strong knowledge of the Nigerian real estate market
• Strong negotiation and leadership skills.

Salary & Benefits

• ?N180,000 monthly salary
• ?50% commission on personal sales profit.

2.) Videographer / Content Creator

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

• ?Produce property photos and videos
• ?Create walkthrough and reel content
• ??Support educational and branding videos
• ?Manage content, equipment and archives
• Support marketing campaigns

Requirements

• ?Minimum 2 years of experience in videography/photography (real estatepreferred)
• ?Strong video editing and photo retouching skills
• ?Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram and social media
• ?Good understanding of branding and visual storytelling
• ??Own a professional camera and basic lighting equipment
• ?Portfolio of previous work.

Salary & Benefits

• ?N200,000 monthly salary
• ?N10,000 data allowance.

3.) Accountant

Job Location: Ajah, Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a detail-oriented Accountant to manage financial records, track income and expenses, compute sales commissions, and prepare basic financial reports to support business operations and management decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• ?Record and maintain accurate financial transactions
• ??Prepare invoices and track client payments
• ??Compute sales commissions and support payroll processing
• ??Track operational expenses and process expense claims
• ??Prepare monthly income and expense reports
• ??Maintain proper financial documentation and confidentiality

Requirements

• ?Qualification in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2–3 years of accounting experience
• ????Experience with SMEs or service-based businesses
• ??Strong Excel and basic accounting software skills
• ??Experience handling commission-based income is an advantage
• ??High attention to detail and integrity.
