What you'll do

  • As an Assistant Manager in Human Resources Shared Services for the Regional Office, your role will be multifaceted. 
  • You will oversee the implementation of HR policies across various subsidiaries and regional offices while ensuring adherence to service-level agreements. 
  • Your excellent problem-solving skills will be utilised in managing payroll, employee data, benefits administration, as well as providing high-level support on payroll-related requests. 
  • Your commitment to continuous improvement will drive process enhancements within HR Shared Services. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in supporting recruitment efforts.
  • Oversee the implementation of HR policies and processes across subsidiaries and regional offices.
  • Ensure adherence to service-level agreements (SLAs) and improve service delivery.
  • Manage payroll, employee data, and benefits administration for subsidiaries and outsourced staff.
  • Provide high-level support on payroll-related requests for outsourced staff at HQ, regional offices, and subsidiaries.
  • Drive process improvements and automation initiatives within HR Shared Services.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including job postings, interview scheduling, and onboarding of regional and outsourced staff.

What you bring

  • The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager position brings a wealth of experience in human resources operations. 
  • With a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field, you have honed your skills in managing outsourced staff, coordinating vendors, implementing HR technology solutions and automating processes. 
  • Your strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance requirements and regional labour laws ensures that you can effectively oversee payroll administration. 
  • A bachelor's degree and postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration are required for this role; an additional professional certification such as CIPD or SHRM would be advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree and a postgraduate degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
  • HR professional certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) is desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of HR systems, compliance, regional labour laws, and payroll administration.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR operations.
  • Experience in managing outsourced staff, vendor coordination, HR technology.
  • Process automation, data analytics, stakeholder management skills.
