Associate, Real Estate Investment & Syndication

The successful candidate will assist in identifying and evaluating investment opportunities, conducting market research, and supporting the syndication of real estate investments.</p> <p><strong>*Key Responsibilities:*</strong></p> <p><strong>*Investment Analysis*</strong></p> <p>1. Conduct market research and analyze market trends to identify potential investment opportunities.</p> <p>2. Evaluate the financial performance of potential investments, including cash flow projections and return on investment analysis.</p> <p>3. Prepare investment memoranda and presentations for internal stakeholders and investors.</p> <p><strong>*Deal Origination and Structuring*</strong></p> <p>1. Assist in sourcing and originating new investment opportunities.</p> <p>2. Support the structuring of investment deals, including negotiating terms and conditions.</p> <p>3. Coordinate with internal stakeholders, including legal and finance teams, to ensure smooth deal execution.</p> <p><strong>*Syndication and Fundraising*</strong></p> <p>1. Assist in preparing marketing materials and investor presentations for syndication efforts.</p> <p>2. Support the fundraising process, including coordinating with investors and responding to investor inquiries.</p> <p>3. Maintain relationships with existing investors and assist in identifying new investor opportunities.</p> <p><strong>*Research and Due Diligence*</strong></p> <p>1. Conduct due diligence on potential investments, including site visits and review of property documents.</p> <p>2. Analyze market data and trends to inform investment decisions.</p> <p>3. Prepare research reports and presentations on market trends and investment opportunities.</p> <p><strong>*Educational Qualifications*</strong></p> <p>1. Bachelor&#39;s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.</p> <p>2. Advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA, CIS) is a plus.</p> <p><strong>*Skills and Experience*</strong></p> <p>1. 1-2 years of experience in real estate investment, finance, or a related field.</p> <p>2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</p> <p>3. Excellent communication and presentation skills.</p> <p>4.
