Integrated Dairies Limited (IDL) is a leading Nigerian dairy company headquartered in Jos, Plateau State. Established in April 2003, IDL operates a vertically integrated dairy ecosystem, encompassing the entire value chain from livestock rearing to product distribution.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Audit Executive

Job Location: Jos, Plateau
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and execution of internal audit plans and programs.
• Conduct audits on operational, financial, and compliance-related activities across the company.
• Review and evaluate the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls.
• Follow up on implementation of audit recommendations and corrective actions.
• Assist in fraud detection and investigation when necessary.
• Perform risk assessments and identify control gaps and process inefficiencies.
• Prepare audit working papers and ensure proper documentation of audit evidence.
• Draft audit reports, clearly outlining observations, implications, and recommendations.
• Stay informed of changes in laws and regulations affecting the industry.
• Promote awareness of internal control and risk management across departments.

Qualifications and Experience

• HND / B.Sc Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in auditing (internal or external).
• Professional certification (or ongoing): ACA, ACCA, or CIA is an added advantage.
• Knowledge of accounting standards, auditing practices, and internal control systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (especially Excel) and familiarity with accounting/audit software.
• Strong analytical and investigative skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• High level of integrity, objectivity, and attention to detail.

Salary
N150,000 - N200,000 monthly.
