Job Position: Back-End Software Engineer
Job Location: Lagos

Job Overview

• The Back-End Software Engineer is to design, develop, and maintain scalable server-side systems that power our internet service products, customer platforms, and internal tools.

Responsibilities

• Write robust, performant, and reusable server-side code.
• Design and maintain databases and APIs consumed by internal and customer applications.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure seamless integration.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize application performance.
• Implement security best practices and safeguard user data.
• Produce technical documentation and participate in code reviews.

Requirements

• B.Sc/HND in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in back-end engineering or software development.
• Proven experience with server-side languages and frameworks.
• Solid knowledge of database design and management.
• Understanding of telecom/ISP architecture or related platforms is an advantage.

Skill Set:

• Proficiency in languages such as Python, Node.js, Java, or .NET.
• Strong SQL/NoSQL database experience.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines.

Salary
N3,500,000 - N4,800,000 annually.
