Job Position: Banking Relationship Officer

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Account acquisition and Management
• Customer Engagement (Physical and Virtual)
• Existing Business Relationship Management. (Cross/Up Selling)
• Risk Asset Creation
• Credit processing and Appraisals
• Channel Optimization
• Liability Generation (CASA & FD)
• Close Monitoring of Credit relationships and loan recoveries
• Achieving set Financial and Non-Financial Targets
• Merchant / Agent onboarding
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with 3+ years in the banking sector with B2B relationship management experience
• Good Customer Service / Relationship Management
• Strong selling/negotiation skills
• Strong Financial Analysis / Interpretation capabilities
• Good presentation skills
• Effective communication skills
• Credit Appraisal skills.
