Job Position: Branch Manager (Female)
Job Locations: Victoria Island, and Lagos Island - Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily branch operations.
• Ensure smooth service delivery in line with company standards.
• Drive branch sales growth and achieve revenue targets.
• Monitor daily sales performance and prepare financial reports.
• Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
• Monitor service quality and staff-customer interactions.
• Implement customer retention initiatives.
• Coordinate supplies ordering and delivery for store operations.
• Conduct store visits to check on operations and compliance.

Salary
N250,000 per month.
