Job Summary

  • We are seeking a highly motivated Branch Manager to lead our retail pharmacy in Lekki. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with at least 5 years of experience managing a store. This role requires someone with excellent sales skills, the ability to work independently, and the capability to ensure the store runs smoothly without supervision.

Job Functions / Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of store operations, ensuring efficient and smooth functioning.
  • Utilize strong sales skills to drive store performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the team, fostering a positive work environment and driving performance.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve any issues or concerns promptly.
  • Manage inventory levels, ensuring timely stock replenishment and minimizing losses.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and health and safety standards.
  • Analyze sales and performance metrics to implement strategies for growth and efficiency.

Requirements / Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing a retail store with a proven track record.
  • Excellent sales skills with the ability to drive store performance.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the store with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Previous experience in a community pharmacy is not required.
