Job Summary 


  • We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. The Brand Manager will play a crucial role in developing and executing our brand strategy, ensuring that Bonfire’s mission to empower entrepreneurs and foster economic growth is effectively communicated across all channels. This position requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and collaboration.

Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive brand strategy that aligns with Bonfire’s mission and goals.
  • Conduct market research to understand the needs of entrepreneurs, investors, and collaborators within our ecosystem.
  • Define Bonfire’s brand positioning, values, and messaging to differentiate it in the market.

Brand Identity Management:

  • Maintain and enhance Bonfire’s visual and verbal identity, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Develop and enforce brand guidelines for internal and external use.

Marketing Campaigns:

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote Bonfire’s services and initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling content and promotional materials.
  • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.

Community Engagement:

  • Develop and implement initiatives to engage and grow Bonfire’s community of entrepreneurs, investors, and collaborators.
  • Manage Bonfire’s presence on social media and other digital platforms, fostering positive interactions and discussions.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  • Work closely with various departments, including marketing, product development, and partnerships, to ensure a cohesive brand experience.
  • Communicate brand strategy and guidelines to internal teams and external partners.

Brand Performance Analysis:

  • Track and analyze brand performance metrics, such as engagement, brand awareness, and community growth.
  • Use insights to inform strategic decisions and optimize brand positioning.

Resource and Budget Management:

  • Manage the brand’s budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee expenditures and ensure campaigns are delivered within budget constraints.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand management or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successful brand campaigns and community engagement initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and campaign performance.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative brand strategies.
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools, including social media platforms and analytics software.

Salary
N40,000 - N60,000 per month.
