Job Position: HR & Admin Manager

Job Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos

Job Description

  • We are looking for a HR and Admin manager who will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our organization's HR and Admin functions, including employment cycle, employee relations, compensation and benefits, supervision and management of administrative staff and the company in all.

Key Responsibilities


  • Oversees employment cycle and administrative staff supervision, assign tasks, delegate responsibilities, and monitor performance.
  • Provide budget management and operational efficiency
  • Facilitates Employee Relations, communicate and coordinate policies and updates to employees, collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth inter-departmental operations.
  • 4rovide the needed compensation and benefits services
  • Handles compliance and oversees legal matters
  • Ensure policy implementation and complianc, manage budgets, record keeping, documentation, data mgt. & reporting
  • Prepare and manage the administrative department budget.
  • Facilitate strategic workforce planning towards company's goals
  • Coordinate office management and logistics operations i.e. office facilities, maintenance, supplies inventory and procurement, travel arrangement, meetings and events, etc.

Requirements
Education and Experience:

  • 1st Degree in Human Resources Mgt, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proven years experience in Human Resources, preferably in a leadership role
  • Professional certifications like PHR (Professional in Human Resources) or SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resources) may be preferred.

Required Skills:

  • Good leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem solving, analytical and organizational skill.
  • Legal Knowledge of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance
  • Time management and decision-making skills
  • Ability and experience in building trust, establishing strong relationships with employees, and work independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and administrative software.

Salary
N300,000 - N400,000 / month.
