Job Position: Brand & Product Manager

Job Location: Lagos

Key Responsibilities

• To ensure that the products, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers
• Continuously monitor marketing trends and keep a close eye on competitive products in the marketplace.
• To improve product and market share.
• Establish and evolve a comprehensive marketing metrics dashboard
• Must be able to be able to do market research and analyse results effectively
• Need to be able to draw on the market research and monitor market trends in delivering business objectives
• Assist the Head of Product/Senior Marketing Manager/Senior Country Manager/CXO in the development of business strategy and objectives.
• Acts as the Company’s spokesperson and brand evangelist with media relations, sales events, tradeshows or other events as required.
• Establish and mine data sources applying and developing marketing analytics tools that lead to insights
• Continually and consistently builds the Company brand as the cornerstone to every marketing and communications strategy and tactic
• To ensure maximum brand loyalty and stickiness of Company product portfolio is achieved across target areas
• Manage Social Media output, content and related strategies across Company product portfolio
• Additional responsibilities may be required of the role holder as the business need dictates.

Qualifications

• Educated to masters degree level, or relevant job experience for 2-3 years.

Skills/Experience:

• Depth and breadth of knowledge in marketing strategy and digital marketing
• Relevant experience in the Brand and Marketing function.
• Strong presentation skills.
