Schechinah Bakery Nigeria is an emerging name in bread and pastries making in Lagos. 

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Bread Baker
Job Location: Lagos

Job Description

• Measure and weigh flour and other ingredients for dough preparation
• Bake different types/shapes of breads; Rose, Pullman, fruit, sardine, cocoanut, seed and nut, etc
• Set up oven temperature to achieved proper bake
• Ability to operate modern bread making equipment
• Ensure good housekeeping is maintain in the bakery at all time
• Understand modern bread making processes and can work without supervision
• Adjust batch recipe where necessary and reduce waste to the barest minimum
• Ensure that product quality is not compromise at all time through strict compliance to appropriate systems and procedures.

Requirements

• Experienced baker with 2+ years of experience on special bread making
• Minimum of ND in related field/ or professional craft certification.
• Male of not more 35years of age and must leave around Oshodi or its environment.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of baker’s math
• Hard working and very enthusiastic
• Excellent time management skill
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Team spirit and customer focus attitude
• Excellent time management skill
• Flexibility to work in a shift pattern

Salary
