Our incorporation number is RC.894767. We are a real estate housing development, investment and allied Services Company.

We are poised to do real estate excellently, reinventing the way real estate business is managed in Africa and giving customer service delivery a new outlook. Our mission is to be one of the top ten home providers for individuals and corporate bodies in the next five years. We buy lands, finance real estate deals, build or have builders build projects, create, imagine, control and orchestrate the process of development from the beginning to the end.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Develoment Executive
Job Locations: Lagos and Kwara
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Responsibilities

• Increase sales revenue through strategic planning
• Identify potential leads and them into customers
• Develop and implement plans that balance financial gain with customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• A B.Sc Degree  /HND in any field (Sales/Marketing background is an advantage).?
• Excellent communication and persuasive skills.
• Strong understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques?.
• Compensation.

Salary and Benefits

• N80,000 - N120,000 per month
• HMO
• Pension
• Commission- 10% on land and 5% on Housing Once sales target met.
