Job Position: Business Development Executive
Job Location: Gwarinpa, Abuja (FCT)

The Role

• We seek dynamic Business Development Executives to join our team.
• As a Business Development Executive at Oorla Tutors, you will be the driving force behind forging new partnerships and strengthening our network with local schools. Your role will be pivotal in increasing our visibility within the educational sector and introducing our specialized tutoring services to a broader audience.

Key Responsibilities

• Initiate and maintain relationships with schools and educational institutions within the designated area.
• Present Oorla Tutors’ programs and services to school administrators, teachers, and parent associations with the aim of establishing partnerships.
• Create and implement strategies to increase brand awareness and market presence.
• Provide regular feedback and market intelligence to the management team.
• Develop bespoke proposals that align with the needs of each school and its student base.
• Organize and attend meetings and networking events to promote Oorla Tutors’ offerings.
• Work collaboratively with the marketing department to coordinate targeted campaigns for partnered schools.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development or a similar role, preferably within the education sector.
• Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and influence.
• A strategic thinker with a proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities.
