JOB DESCRIPTION

• Develop and execute business development strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
• Identify and engage potential clients through networking, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of business development activities and adjust strategies as needed.
• Schedule and organize training sessions.
• Prepare training materials and ensure they are up-to-date.
• Coordinate with trainers and participants to confirm attendance.
• Monitor and evaluate training programs to ensure effectiveness.
• Provide support and guidance to trainers and trainees.
• Maintain records of training activities and outcomes.
• Developing events concepts and themes in line with client specification
• In plant training

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in training coordination or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• B.sc or HND degree in a related field.
