We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Business Development Manager

Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, allocate and implement resources to effectively staff and accomplish the work to meet departmental productivity and quality goals
• Prepares periodic reports for management. As necessary or requested, to track strategic goal accomplishment
• Set goals and develop plans and strategies for the business and revenue growth
• Work at a turnaround time with quality and efficiency
• Deploy successful business development campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
• Maintain relationships with vendors and publishers to ensure collaboration in promotional activities.

Key Requirements

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant discipline
• 4 - 7 years experience as a Business Manager or similar role in the event industry.
• Excellent communication and people skills
• Knowledge of marketing communications
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
