Job Position: Business Manager
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• Oversee daily operations of the business
• Delegate responsibilities and supervise the work of the Heads of departments, providing guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance.
• Assess and identify new opportunities for growth in current and prospective markets.
• Manage and motivate staff through excellent leadership skills
• Analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure the company’s survival and growth.
• Develop and execute the company’s business strategies in order to attain business goals.
• Design and oversee business development activities of the business
• Receive and review reports from subordinates and prepare summary reports for top management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of proven managerial experience (Experience in Real Estate is an added advantage)
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with MS Office and Google Office packages
• Demonstrated experience in working with tight deadlines.
• Ability to take initiative

Salary
N250,000 - N300,000 monthly.
