Alpha Mead Group is a Total Real Estate Solutions Company established to provide robust business support services to local and international Real Estate investors or owners with interests in Facilities Management, Real Estate Development and Advisory, Security Systems and Technologies, Training, Healthcare Management and Real Estate Financing Services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Call Centre Agent

Job Location: Lagos

Role Summary

• Responsible for the timely management of calls (both inbound and outbound); pitching our products customers, identifying customers’ needs and providing appropriate solutions to their complaints.

Responsibilities

• Making outbound calls to pitch Alpha Mead products and services to customers.
• Taking and attending to customers enquiries, complaints and escalation and assigning them to the relevant process owners.
• Following up to ensure the complaints are resolved and customers interested in our products are well attended to by the sales or business development team.
• Monitor Social Media and other digital channels, record complaints or enquiries and assign them to the appropriate parties.

Requirements

• B. Sc. degree in relevant fields
• 2 - 3 years of work experience.
• Previous experience in a similar role, and high fluency in English language
• Excellent verbal & phone communication skills, with active listening
• Excellent relationship management skills and highly developed emotional intelligence
• Interest in the use of Social Media.
