Job Position: Intern / Personal Assistant
Job Location: Life Camp, Abuja (FCT) (Hybrid – Physical Presence Once a Week)

Job Description
- Candace Solicitors, a forward-thinking corporate law firm, is seeking a highly motivated and proactive Intern & Personal Assistant to support its principal counsel.
- This hybrid role is ideal for a female law student, NYSC corp member, orIntern looking to gain practical experience in corporate legal practice while also assisting with administrative and digital content responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide direct administrative and personal support to the principal counsel.
- Assist with legal research, drafting, and documentation.
- Participate in virtual meetings and take notes as required.
- Support daily firm operations and ensure tasks are executed efficiently.
- Manage scheduling, calendar organization, and client follow-ups.
- Prepare, postand edit social media content for the firm’s online platforms.
- Organize digital files and assist with case management.
- Perform other duties as assigned for the growth of the firm and personal development.
Requirements
Education & Experience:
- Current law student, recent law graduate, or NYSC intern or anyone interested.
- Previous internship or administrative experience is an advantage.
- Experience with social media content creation is a plus.
Required Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Basic understanding of legal research and writing.
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Creative thinking and content creation skills.
- Discretion, professionalism, and a positive attitude.
Other Requirements:
- Female candidates preferred.
- Must own a functional laptop.
- Must have a strong and reliable internet connection.
- Must demonstrate a genuine willingness to learn and grow professionally.
- Availability to work remotely on assigned tasks throughout the week.
Remuneration & Benefits
- Stipend of N50,000 / Month.
