Job Position: Sales Coach
Job Location: Nigeria

Job Description

• Cedarstrip Investment LLC is launching  its  CareWork Place  platform and is  currently looking for result oriented Sales Coaches.
• These sales coaches would then coach interns to actively seek out subscribers to sign on the Careplan.
• Through effective strategy-building techniques, these Coaches would guide the interns to accomplish their goals in a focused and efficient manner.

Responsibilities

• Meet with interns to discuss needs and goals.
• Develop strategies and plans for interns.
• Keep records of interns progress.
• Meet with and evaluate interns periodically.
• Adjust interns goal strategies as needed.

Professional Qualification/Experience

• Must have at least 5 years Professional experience in sales, coaching and people development.

Person Specification

• Good track result of result oriented coaching.
• Must be passionate about helping others .
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision making skills.
• Must be a good multi-tasker , scheduler and  time manager
• Must be an active listener.
• Must have excellent management and motivational skills.
• Must possess good Leadership  skills.

Requirement:

• Access to secure computer with high speed internet for communication via email , skype etc.
