Purpose of the Role

  • We are expanding our market presence and enhancing category competence. We need experienced Growth Managers to develop and execute growth strategies in Commodities categories.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and own the OmniRetail strategy for your category.
  • Identify fast-moving SKUs and analyze margin structures through wholesalers, distributors, and manufacturers.
  • Ensure the execution of joint business plans with manufacturers.
  • Be accountable for GMV and margin numbers in your category.
  • Establish infrastructure for growth, including retailer base, wholesaler base, distributor network, and OmniHubs.
  • Build numeric distribution and prime retailers.
  • Establish and support OmniBiz Market Consultants to enhance SKU supply.
  • Track SKU prices across geographies and negotiate with manufacturers for rebates and price corrections.
  • Implement category-specific joint business plan targets.

Required Experience

  • Developed business execution plans with detailed initiatives and timelines.
  • Used tools like PowerBi for performance tracking and generating insights.
  • Hired and trained sales teams to achieve revenue targets.
