1.) Partner / Client Success Executive
Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Description
- The Partner / Client Success role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners and ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of customers.
- The role exists to drive revenue growth through effective partnership management of OEMs / channels and end users, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- This position involves nurturing existing relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with channels and internal teams to deliver value and achieve mutual business goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop Business plan for OEM.
- Implement business plan to drive business growth.
- Work closely with partners to monitor the progress of business plans.
- Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns to prevent churn.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to facilitate upselling and cross-selling.
- Manage contract renewals and expansions, negotiating favorable terms for both parties.
- Analyze customer and partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
- Liaise with strategic partners, customers, and industry influencers.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in partnership management, customer success, or account management roles
- Professional certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnership Management.
- Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or cybersecurity products.
- Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth
- Experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering high quality service.

2.) Infrastructure / Asset Coordinator

Job Description
- We are looking for an experienced Infrastructure & Asset Coordinator to oversee our IT infrastructure, manage physical assets, and handle procurement processes.
- This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of company assets while optimizing resources efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Oversees maintenance of the organization's infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, cloud services, and other office assets and facilities.
- Develop and execute strategies to optimize infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security.
- Maintain an accurate inventory of all company assets, including IT equipment and office facilities.
- Oversee the maintenance and functionality of office facilities to provide a safe and efficient working environment.
- Optimize the performance and reliability of office assets and supplies by identifying opportunities for upgrades, replacements, and improvements.
- Implement and enforce security protocols and standards to safeguard and protect sensitive data.
- Manage procurement processes, including sourcing, purchasing, and supplier negotiations.
- Provide regular technical reports to senior management on infrastructure health, asset status, system performance, and project updates.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in Infrastructure / Asset management.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of asset/facility management.
- Strong understanding of IT security, data protection, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
