Description

  • Reporting to the Executive Director, you will provide operational leadership, ensure smooth coordination of all departments, and drive the effective execution of the organisation’s strategic goals across digital education, community development, finance, and innovation programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all units (Digital Education, Community Development, Finance & Funding, and the Innovation Hub).
  • Translate the Executive Director’s strategic directives into actionable operational plans and department-level workstreams.
  • Lead performance management by consolidating departmental reports, tracking KPIs, and ensuring timely submission of monthly and quarterly dashboards.
  • Ensure internal discipline, process compliance, and adherence to organisational policies and SOPs.
  • Coordinate cross-departmental activities to guarantee synergy, resource optimisation, and smooth program delivery.
  • Serve as primary liaison to parents, community stakeholders, and institutional partners, strengthening the organisation’s visibility and trust within the local ecosystem.
  • Manage budgets, procurement processes, and financial discipline in collaboration with the Finance & Funding Department.
  • Provide leadership, coaching, and accountability oversight for departmental heads.
  • Identify operational risks and implement mitigation measures to ensure continuous program stability.
  • Support the Executive Director in preparing board reports, governance documents, and strategic reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree (Master’s preferred).
  • Minimum 6 years of experience in operations management, NGO leadership, education administration, or community-centred program
  • Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage multiple departments, and enforce systems and structures.
  • Strong project management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
  • Proven experience with reporting, data-driven decision-making, and operational performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with digital tools, dashboards, and technology-enabled program delivery.
