Job Position: Chartered Accountant

Job Location: Lagos

Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) to oversee our financial operations.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of financial records, maintaining regulatory compliance, and providing strategic financial insights to support the hospital's growth and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Audit & Compliance: Coordinate internal and external audits; ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and tax laws.
• Budget Management: Oversee budget preparation, track variances, and implement cost-control measures across all departments (including Pharmacy and Laundry).
• Tax Management: Manage corporate tax filings, VAT, and withholding tax computations.
• Treasury & Cash Flow: Monitor cash flow projections and manage payroll processing for all medical and non-medical staff.
• Process Improvement: Develop and implement robust internal control systems to prevent financial leakage or mismanagement.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of [7] years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a healthcare or fast-paced corporate setting.
• Certification: Must be a Chartered Accountant (e.g., ICAN, ACCA, ANAN, or equivalent).
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel.
• Soft Skills: Impeccable integrity, strong leadership abilities, and the capacity to meet tight deadlines.

Salary
N500,000 - N600,000 monthly.
