Job Position: Chief Finance Officer

Job Location: Abuja (FCT) 
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Chief Finance Officer will be responsible for managing the company’s financial strategy, ensuring regulatory compliance, and maintaining financial health through sound planning, reporting, and governance.
• The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping the organization’s financial future while ensuring operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership, direction, and management of the finance function.
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.
• Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all financial reports and data.
• Maintain compliance with statutory and regulatory bodies such as CBN, EFCC, FIRS, and SEC.
• Prepare and present timely management and financial reports to management and the Board.
• Ensure proper tax computation and adherence to all tax regulations.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in a financial institution, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• ICAN certification is required (ACCA or CFA is an added advantage).
