Job Summary

  • As CFO, you will lead the company’s financial strategy, ensuring stability, scalability, and long-term success. 
  • You will oversee financial planning, investor relations, and risk management while driving operational efficiency.
  • This role requires a strategic leader who can balance high-level vision with hands-on execution.

Your Responsibilities
Financial Strategy & Leadership:

  • Develop and execute the company’s financial strategy.
  • Partner with the CEO and executive team on business growth and scaling.
  • Lead cash flow management and capital allocation.

Fundraising & Investor Relations:

  • Prepare financial models and investor materials for funding rounds.
  • Build strong relationships with investors and financial institutions.
  • Ensure transparent communication on financial performance.

Financial Planning & Operations:

  • Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Monitor financial performance and identify risks/opportunities.
  • Establish financial controls, compliance, and risk management strategies.

What You Need

  • 10+ years in finance leadership, with 3+ years as a CFO or senior financial leader in a startup or high-growth company.
  • Proven experience in raising capital and managing investor relations.
  • Strong financial strategy, FP&A, and risk management skills.
  • CPA, CFA, or MBA in Finance is preferred.
