Job Position: Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Summary

• The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will oversee the day-to-day manufacturing and recycling operations of the company, ensuring operational efficiency, cost optimization, safety compliance, and consistent production performance in line with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily plant and recycling operations.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and regulatory standards.
• Oversee production planning, quality control, and equipment maintenance.
• Lead and manage operational teams to achieve performance targets.
• Monitor operational costs and drive continuous process improvement.
• Work closely with the CEO/MD on strategic and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s Degree is an added advantage).
• 5 – 7 years of relevant experience in manufacturing or recycling operations.
• Strong leadership, operational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven experience managing production teams and plant operations.
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.

Salary
N400,000 - N500,000 / month.
