As we enter our next growth phase, we are seeking a Chief Operating Officer (COO) who will not only manage operations but a possibility to co-build the company strategically.

Role Summary

• The COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scaling systems, and translating vision into execution across MediaStyle Concept’s media, events, and business development functions.
• This role is ideal for a seasoned operator, strategist, or business leader who desires more than a traditional executive seat—someone motivated to build, scale, and share in long-term value creation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across media production, events, and client servicing
• Design and implement scalable operational systems, workflows, and SOPs
• Drive business growth strategies in collaboration with the Founder
• Oversee project delivery, timelines, budgets, and quality control
• Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, vendors, and strategic partners
• Manage financial planning, cost control, and operational profitability
• Support investor relations, partnerships, and high-level negotiations
• Represent MediaStyle Concept in executive meetings, pitches, and alliances

• Proven experience in operations, business development, consulting, media, events, or creative industries
• Strong strategic thinking with hands-on execution capability
• Demonstrated ability to build systems, manage people, and scale businesses
• Entrepreneurial mindset with comfort in fast-moving, growth-stage environments
• Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
• High integrity, accountability, and long-term vision.
