As an Early Years teacher, your job responsibilities typically revolve around providing education, care, and support to young children, usually aged between one and five years old.

• Curriculum Development: Designing and implementing developmentally appropriate curricula and lesson plans to promote children's intellectual, social, emotional, and physical development.
• Classroom Management: Creating a safe, supportive, and stimulating learning environment that encourages children's active participation, engagement, and exploration.
• Instruction and Teaching: Delivering lessons and educational activities that cater to the individual needs, interests, and abilities of children. This may involve using various teaching methods, such as play-based learning, storytelling, art, music, and hands-on activities.
• Assessment and Progress Monitoring: Observing and assessing children's progress, strengths, and areas for improvement. Keeping records and documentation of their achievements, milestones, and developmental milestones.
• Individualized Support: Identifying and addressing the unique needs and learning challenges of individual children. Providing additional support and adapting teaching strategies to accommodate diverse abilities and learning styles.
• Parent and Guardian Communication: Regularly communicating and collaborating with parents or guardians to share information about children's progress, behavior, and development. Providing feedback, suggestions, and strategies for supporting children's learning at home.
