EL-Lab Limited is a Medical Diagnostic and Research Centre with over 22 years of experience in Medical Laboratory and Diagnostic services.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Client Service Executive

Job Location: Ijesha, Surulere, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Functions / Responsibilities

• Proper data entry of patient information and payments on Laboratory Information System in an accurate and timely manner
• Follow through with customer inquiries, investigating and resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, and escalating when necessary.
• Communicate with customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner
• Inquire, clarify, and confirm customer requirements and understanding of the solution
• Notify clients of test results in a timely and accurate manner

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 1-year post-NYSC experience.
• Must be a fast learner
• Applicants must be patient-friendly and have client-care etiquette.
• Applicants must reside around Surulere and its environs.
• Must have good communication skills
• Must be computer literate
