Job Title: Maintenance Technician / Facility Support
Department: Operations / Facility Management

Job Summary

Responsible for the repair, upkeep, and general maintenance of company buildings, equipment, and facilities to ensure smooth operations and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine inspections of facilities and equipment.
• Handle minor electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and mechanical repairs.
• Report major issues that require professional technicians.
• Ensure all tools and equipment are properly maintained.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of maintenance materials.
• Support operational activities (setup for events or office rearrangements).

Skills & Requirements

• Basic technical knowledge (plumbing, electrical, mechanical).
• Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks.
• Experience in maintenance or facility roles is an advantage.
