1.) Finance Manager

Job Summary


  • We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance Manager to join Ceviant Group. This role is crucial to ensure continuity, depth, and succession within the Group’s finance leadership structure.
  • The Finance Manager will support the Group Finance Lead by managing day-to-day group finance activities, coordinating financial reporting across subsidiaries, and ensuring strong financial discipline and governance.

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual group consolidated financial statements for review by the Group Finance Lead.
  • Ensure compliance with IFRS and consistency across all subsidiary financial reports.
  • Support Board and executive reporting requirements.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives, investments, and growth plans.
  • Support capital allocation, funding decisions, and group-wide financial planning.
  • Act as a key thought partner to the Group Finance Lead on financial strategy.
  • Drive the group budgeting and forecasting process in collaboration with subsidiary finance teams.
  • Monitor financial performance, identify risks and opportunities, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Lead variance analysis and performance reviews.
  • Oversee group cash flow forecasting and liquidity planning.
  • Support treasury strategy, intercompany funding, and risk management.
  • Proactively escalate material financial risks and exposures.
  • Strengthen and enforce group-wide financial controls, policies, and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate audits, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting at the group level.
  • Ensure readiness for regulatory reviews, due diligence, and investor engagement.

Work Experience & Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 6–8 years of experience in finance, with exposure to group finance or multi-entity structures.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CFA) required.
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting.
  • Advanced financial consolidation, budgeting, and forecasting skills.
  • Strong analytical, coordination, and execution skills.
  • Strong knowledge of tax planning, compliance, and statutory reporting.
  • Proficiency in ERP/accounting systems and Google Suite.
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor internal controls and financial governance frameworks.

2.) IT Support Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

About the Role

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented IT Officer to support Ceviant’s day-to-day technology operations.
  • This role is ideal for a motivated early-career professional eager to build hands-on experience across IT support, systems administration, user access management, and basic infrastructure operations.

What You Will Do
I
T Support & End-User Assistance:

  • Provide first-line technical support to staff for hardware, software, network, and access-related issues.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to Windows systems, productivity tools, email, printers, and peripherals
  • Log, track, and resolve IT support tickets in line with defined SLAs.

Systems & Access Management:

  • Assist with user onboarding and offboarding (account creation, permissions, device setup).
  • Support identity and access management tasks such as password resets, MFA support, and role-based access.
  • Ensure adherence to IT policies and basic security best practices.

Infrastructure & Operations Support:

  • Assist with routine checks on network devices, servers, and cloud services.
  • Support backup processes, patching, updates, and system documentation.
  • Escalate complex technical issues to the IT Lead or vendors when required.

Asset & Inventory Management:

  • Maintain accurate records of IT assets, including laptops, accessories, and licenses.
  • Support device provisioning, configuration, and replacement processes.
  • Assist with audits and asset lifecycle tracking.

Documentation & Reporting:

  • Maintain clear documentation for common IT issues, fixes, and procedures.
  • Provide weekly updates on resolved issues, pending tickets, and recurring problems.

Qualifications & Work Experience

  • Bachelor’s Degree or HND in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 1 – 3 years of experience in IT support, helpdesk, or technical operations (internship experience acceptable).

Skills & Competencies:

  • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows), and networking fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with email systems, productivity tools, and ticketing systems.
  • Willingness to learn cloud platforms, security concepts, and enterprise IT tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

3.) Senior Compliance Officer

Job Location: Victoria Island, Lagos

Job Summary

  • We are seeking a Senior Compliance Officer to ensure Ceviant Payments complies with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards in Nigeria.
  • The ideal candidate will monitor regulatory changes, implement compliance programs, and support the organization in maintaining a robust risk management and governance framework.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and maintain the company's compliance policies and procedures in line with PSSP licensing requirements and regulatory guidelines.
  • Monitor regulatory developments from the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) and other relevant bodies.
  • Prepare and submit weekly, monthly, and annual filings to regulatory authorities
  • Conduct compliance risk assessments, identifying gaps and recommending mitigating controls.
  • Review new and existing products, services, and business processes to ensure regulatory alignment.
  • Liaise with regulatory bodies and ensure a timely response to queries.
  • Implement compliance policies and procedures
  • Oversee AML/CFT monitoring activities and reporting, including suspicious transaction reporting.
  • Maintain the company's compliance records and documentation for internal audits and regulatory inspections.
  • Provide training and guidance to staff on compliance obligations, policies, and procedures.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external regulators during audits or inquiries.

Educational Qualification & Work Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Accounting, or related field.
  • Minimum 4–7years of compliance experience, preferably in fintech, payments, or banking.
  • Professional certifications (e.g., ACAMS, ICA, or equivalent) preferred.
  • Strong understanding of Nigerian financial regulations, including PSSP licensing, CBN guidelines, AML/CFT regulations, and electronic payments.
  • Experience in regulatory reporting, risk assessments, and internal audits.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information
  • Familiarity with local and international regulatory frameworks is an advantage.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of CBN regulations, especially PSSP licensing requirements
  • Working understanding of AML/CFT frameworks, KYC, transaction monitoring, and STR/SAR reporting
  • Familiarity with payment systems, electronic transactions, and settlement processes.
  • Knowledge of the Nigerian Data Protection Act (NDPA) and data privacy requirements.
  • Ability to interpret and implement regulatory guidelines, circulars, and directives.
  • Experience supporting regulatory audits, examinations, and reporting
  • Ability to liaise with regulators, banks, auditors, and internal teams.

4.) Front Desk / Administrative Officer

Job Summary

  • The Front Desk & Administrative Officer at Ceviant serves as the first point of contact for clients, partners, regulators, and visitors, reflecting the company’s values of professionalism, efficiency, and trust.
  • The role supports daily administrative and office operations while ensuring compliance with Ceviant’s internal policies and operational standards.

Role Responsibilities

  • Welcome clients, visitors, partners, and regulators professionally and courteously.
  • Manage visitor access, maintain accurate visitor logs, and ensure compliance with security and access control procedures.
  • Direct visitors and inquiries to the appropriate teams or executives.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and general enquiries with discretion and professionalism.
  • Maintain a clean and organised reception area in line with Ceviant’s brand standards.
  • Provide administrative support to HR, Compliance, Finance, and Operations teams.
  • Assist with document preparation, filing, and record-keeping, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Minimum of HND / BSc in any relevant discipline.
  • Previous experience in a Front Desk, Administrative, or Office Support Role, preferably within a corporate or financial services environment.
