Job Position: Client Services Officer
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Description

• The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting our training programs, managing public relations, and managing relationships involving stakeholders and institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitor activity.
• Conduct visits to stakeholders and institutions, promoting the interests of the organization.
• Create engaging content, posts, and campaigns for social media.
• Organize and coordinate events, webinars, and conferences.
• Write business proposals and facilitate presentations at stakeholder events.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, institutions and industry partners.
• Manage event marketing, logistics, and sponsorships.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in a related role.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluency in English and Yoruba languages

Skills:

• Experience in the education/training or IT industry ( Added advantage)
• Event planning and management.
• Public relations and media relations.
• Data analysis and reporting.

Salary

• N70,000 / Month.
