Job Summary

• We are looking for a highly skilled Commercial Finance Manager to provide financial leadership, guide commercial decision-making, and support business profitability across our operations.
• This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and deep experience in fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for commercial functions
• Analyze sales performance, pricing, trade spend, and market trends to support strategic growth
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Leadership teams to drive commercial efficiency
• Evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and cost structures to support decision-making
• Provide detailed financial insights to improve margin performance and revenue optimization
• Ensure compliance with financial policies, reporting standards, and governance requirements
• Drive continuous improvement in financial controls and commercial processes

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA or professional certification is an added advantage — ACCA, ACA, CFA)
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in Commercial Finance, FP&A, or Business Finance roles
• Proven experience in FMCG or similar high-volume, data-driven industries
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills
• Exceptional business partnering and communication abilities
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and influence strategic decisions
• Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel/financial tools.
