Job Description

• The Community Manager will be responsible for managing and moderating online and offline communities, engaging with community members, organizing events, creating content, and monitoring social media channels.
• The role also includes reporting on community metrics and feedback, and working closely with the marketing and support teams to ensure community engagement and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field
• Experience in community management, social media management, and online engagement
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Content creation, planning, and copywriting abilities
• Event planning and organization skills
• Ability to analyze community metrics and provide actionable insights
• Familiarity with various social media platforms and tools
• Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently
• Previous experience in HR or business consulting is a plus.

Salary
N150,000 Monthly.
