Job Position: Concierge

Job Location: Eleko, Lagos

Job Summary

• The Concierge is responsible for providing personalized assistance to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience during their stay.
• This role involves handling guest requests, arranging services, and offering information about the resort and surrounding area.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and provide a warm, professional first impression
• Assist guests with reservations, bookings, and arrangements (restaurants, tours, transportation)
• Provide information about the resort, local attractions, and activities
• Handle special requests such as transportation, event planning, or VIP services
• Coordinate with other resort departments to fulfill guest needs
• Manage luggage assistance and delivery when needed
• Respond promptly and efficiently to guest inquiries, complaints, or concerns
• Maintain accurate records of guest services and requests
• Ensure the concierge desk and surrounding area are clean, organized, and presentable

Requirements & Skills

• 2 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Knowledge of local attractions, services, and transportation options
• Customer service experience (hospitality experience preferred)
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Ability to work under pressure and meet guest expectations
• Team-oriented and reliable

Working Conditions:

• Shift work including weekends, holidays, and evenings
• Frequent interaction with guests in a fast-paced environment
• Standing for extended periods and handling luggage or equipment
