La Campagne Tropicana Beach Resort, located in Ikegun, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, isa 65-acre,5-star African-themed tourist destination combining a, white-sand beach, lagoon, and mangrove forest. It features luxurious, rustic-styled chalets, some with private pools, and offers activities like water sports, hiking, and spa treatments.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Guest Relation Officer

Job Location: Eleko, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary

• The Guest Relations is responsible for ensuring an exceptional guest experience by welcoming guests, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining high service standards throughout their stay at the resort.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in guests in a warm and professional manner
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns
• Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively
• Coordinate with housekeeping, front desk, food & beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs
• Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction during their stay
• Provide information about resort services, activities, and amenities
• Assist in organizing special guest requests (birthdays, anniversaries, VIP arrangements)
• Maintain accurate guest records and feedback reports.

Requirements & Skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Customer service experience (hospitality experience preferred)
• Ability to work under pressure
• Team-oriented mindset
• Basic computer skills.

Working Conditions:
