Job Summary

• We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Content/Social Media Manager to lead our digital storytelling efforts across all online platforms. T
• his role is ideal for a passionate communicator who understands audience behavior, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and excels at producing content that converts engagement into impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize a robust content strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content (copy, graphics, short videos, campaigns) across social media channels.
• Manage community interactions, respond to comments, monitor conversations, and nurture online relationships.
• Track analytics and performance metrics to refine content, improve reach, and strengthen brand positioning.
• Lead digital campaigns from ideation through execution, ensuring innovation in storytelling and engagement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain consistent messaging and branding.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s degree in relevant courses with proven experience in practice.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
• Strong writing, editing, and conceptual skills.
• Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and major social media management tools.
• Demonstrated creativity, trend awareness, and ability to build engaged online communities.

Working conditions:

• We aim to have the successful candidate start immediately.

• Competitive Salary: N250,000 – N400,000 Monthly.
