Creative Assistant to a fashion designers (Female)

We are seeking a highly creative and organized individual to join our team as a Creative Assistant to a Fashion Designer. The Creative Assistant will play a crucial role in supporting the design process, assisting with administrative tasks, and contributing innovative ideas to our fashion projects. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fashion, excellent design skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Discuss design content and details with head designer
• Determine suitable fabric requirement and materials for projects
• Handle client fitting and follow up process
• Document and preserve all illustrations, patterns, and design layout for future reference
• Manage the design process from start to finish
• Must be able to work without supervision
• Must be proactive and detail oriented
• Quality control
• Must be able to communicate effectively with the team members
• Researching and giving creative guidelines for excellent garment production
•  Monitoring production process and implementing quality control measures
•  Supervising and motivating a team of workers to meet specifications and deadlines

REQUIREMENTS

• Proficient in English Language.
• Must have great communication skills.
• Must have Fashion experience.
• Must be artistically creative.
• Capacity to do Fashion Illustration will be a great advantage.
• Ability to think fast and proper solutions.
• Must be creative and have a great sense of style.
