Tingtel Limited is a Lagos based alternative financial inclusion platform, providing innovative value services to unbanked and underbanked communities, using Mobile Network Airtime.

The lack of inter-operability of Network Airtime is the opportunity that Tingtel has leveraged to introduce the Tingtel Mobile App that allow users to instantly Buy, Sell and Transfer Airtime. Tingtel has also integrated its Airtime solutions with major financial, insurance, delivery and even lotto/betting platforms to give its users the widest possible choice of vendors where they can convert their Airtime to fund third-party wallets and also settle bills and utilities.

About the Job

• We are looking for a highly creative Graphics Designer who will join our Digital Marketing team.
• The successful candidate will be responsible for creating engaging and brand-compliant designs across print & digital channels.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the entire process of defining requirements, visualizing, and creating graphics including illustrations, layouts, and photos.
• Ability to conceptualize and develop brochures, management letters, reports, journals, magazines, newsletters, product packaging, and one-off materials.
• Work with Social Media Manager to produce final design.
• Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: websites, product graphics, email templates, social media graphics, brand campaigns, etc.
• Create various materials, such as presentations, brochures, etc.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards.
• Use the latest software and applications to design and develop digital solutions.
• Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.

Requirements / Experience

• Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Arts, Design, Communications, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in an advertising/marketing agency or a corporate communications/marketing role.
• Proven graphics designing experience.
• A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
• Proficiency using design software and technologies (such as InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop etc.)
• Knowledge of motion graphics is an added advantage.
• A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong project management skills.
• Portfolio of past work (Please share link / attachment for reference).
