Job Position: Customer Care Representative
Qualifications/Skills/Experience
- HND/B.Sc (Mgt/Social Science)
- Expertise to handle customer’s queries and provide solution to complaints
- Ability to multi-task
- Preferable female
- Applicants must be resident in Ikeja or Allen
- Good knowledge of Ms Office suite
- Excellent Communication/Organizational/Negotiation skills
- Must be IT inclined
