Job Position: Customer Care Representative

Job Location: Sangotedo, Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary 

• Myafrimall Logistics Limited is a growing logistics company committed to making “Myafrimall in every home in Nigeria and the diaspora” a reality
•  We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our Sangotedo branch to attend to walk?in and call?in customers and support daily branch operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend to customers politely and professionally (walk?in, phone, WhatsApp).
• Provide accurate information on prices, services, and delivery timelines.
• Open shipments, prepare waybills, and ensure correct documentation.
• Follow up on shipments with operations/warehouse and give timely feedback.
• Handle basic customer complaints or escalate where necessary.
• Keep records and daily reports neatly and accurately.

Requirements

• OND/HND/B.Sc. in any field. 1–2 years of customer service or front-desk experience (logistics/retail is an advantage).
• Good communication and people skills.
• Basic computer skills (WhatsApp, email, simple Excel/data entry).
• Must live in or around Sangotedo/Ajah axis and be willing to work fully onsite, including Saturdays.

Salary
N100,000 -  N120,000 monthly
