Job Position: Customer Care Representative
Job Location: Ikeja, Lagos

Job Description
- Receiving calls, calling and attending to customers needs.
- Receive inbound calls
- Utilize computer technology to handle a high volume of calls
- Provide customers with needed information and support
- Make outbound calls
- Send and reply emails and messages.
Requirements
- Candidates should possess an HND / B.Sc Degree with 2 - 3 years of relevant work experience.
Salary
N70,000 Monthly.
